223 does not like in my experience. it could cling up when metering within the measure, go somewhat slower but reliable when dispensing powder. You may want to measure the fees as there may very well be some variation.
For .223 it was one of my minimum favorite powders while as my 3031 provide was all older and I have listened to the new stuff is shorter. It wasnt unusual in the least for spilled powder due to bridging problems at the case mouth.
